A small team

There is no layer between the person who writes the code and the institution using it. Decisions move fast, and the work you ship this week is the work an evaluator uses next week.

Real customers

IdeaScore already runs a live seed-fund call for a research park, with real applicants, evaluators and deadlines. This is not a product looking for its first user.

Work that matters to a real decision

The platform is used to decide which teams get funded. That raises the bar for correctness, clarity and honesty in what we build, and we take it seriously.

  • Full-stack engineer

    Remote, IndiaFull-time

    Build across the React front end and FastAPI back end: evaluation workflows, the rubric engine and the reporting pipeline. Comfortable owning a feature from schema to shipped screen.

    Own onboarding for new institutions: form setup, evaluator training and go-live support. First point of contact for programme administrators once a call is live.

    Take features from wireframe to shipped UI in the admin console and the applicant portal. Comfortable in Tailwind and React, with an eye for calm, dense interfaces.
