Platform v2

The release the website is built to describe: a full rewrite of the evaluation pipeline, IdeaScore AI, and multi-tenant platform operation.

Applications

  • Stage builder. Multi-stage forms with 11 field types and conditional "show when" logic.
  • Attached resources. Guidance documents and links attached to any stage or field.
  • Registration windows and capacity. Open/close dates and submission caps enforced per programme.
  • Versioning with restore. Form changes are versioned, with preview and rollback.
  • Drafts and resume. Server-side drafts, a public link, and direct pitch-deck uploads.

Review

  • Submissions table. Case numbers, filters, and flags for resubmissions and duplicates.
  • Dossier view. A single-application view with notes, tags and @mentions.
  • Decisions with reasons. Approve, reject, undo and reopen, each with a recorded reason.
  • Bulk actions and export. Bulk decisions, an Excel export, and a full audit log.

Evaluation

  • Evaluator invites and workload. Auto-assignment by expertise, with conflict-of-interest declarations.
  • Deadlines and blind review. Reminders, deadlines and an optional blind-review mode.
  • Rubrics with calibration. Weighted rubrics, draft/submit scoring, and z-score calibration across evaluators.

Applicant portal

  • Magic-link sign-in. Passwordless sign-in with a status timeline.
  • Edit and withdraw. Edit an application before deadline, or withdraw it.
