One evaluation is one full research-and-score pass on one application: IdeaScore AI reads the submission, researches the team and market, and scores it against the programme’s rubric. That single pass is what counts against the daily quota.

Re-running an evaluation, for example after a form correction, counts again, because it is a fresh research pass. Simply reading a stored evaluation does not, no matter how many people open it.

Unused evaluations do not carry over to the next day, and the quota is shared across every programme in the organisation, not per programme. Fair use applies: sustained automated bursts intended to exhaust the quota may be throttled, so the service stays responsive for everyone on the plan.

They are indicative and shown before tax. We confirm a quote in writing before anything is billed, and existing customers keep their price for the term of their agreement.
What is included in Starter?
Starter is a taste of IdeaScore, not a full programme office: one programme, 50 submissions, one evaluator and one administrator, with a single-round rubric, an applicant portal, email notifications and Excel export. It does not include direct file uploads, notes and tags, bulk actions, blind review, multi-round pipelines, IdeaScore AI, pitch day, scheduled or committee reports, a public results page, portfolio, white-label branding, self-hosting, SSO or API access. Move to Programme pass or Professional when you need any of those.
What counts as a programme?
One call for applications with its own form, evaluators, rounds and leaderboard. A seed fund that runs every year is one programme per year.
How does IdeaScore AI usage work?
Each plan includes a number of AI evaluations per day per organisation. An evaluation is one full research-and-score pass on one application. Re-running an evaluation counts again; reading a stored evaluation does not. Unused evaluations do not carry over. Fair use applies: sustained automated bursts may be throttled to keep the service responsive for everyone.
Can we pay by purchase order or bank transfer?
Yes. Indian institutions typically pay by bank transfer against an invoice, with GST. International customers can pay by card or transfer in USD.
Is there a discount for public institutions or multi-year terms?
Talk to us. We offer terms for publicly funded institutions and for networks that run several programmes.
What happens when a subscription ends?
There is a grace period, then the workspace becomes read-only. Your data stays exportable; nothing is deleted without notice.
Can we self-host on the Professional plan?
Self-hosting is part of Enterprise, because it comes with deployment support and upgrade assistance. Institutions run it this way today.
Do applicants pay anything?
No. Applicant accounts are free and unlimited on every plan.
