How does a team become a portfolio company?

When a round closes and a team is selected for funding, its submission and evaluation history carries into a new incubatee company record automatically.

Who approves a company's requests?

A programme admin reviews and approves or declines requests such as lab access or travel grants, and the decision, the approver and the date are kept as history.

Can a mentor be assigned to more than one company?

Yes. Mentors are matched to companies by expertise and can hold sessions across several companies in the same cohort.

Do session counts carry over between quarters?

Session counts shown in the mentors table reset each quarter so engagement is easy to compare across periods.

Can milestone stages be customised per programme?

Ask your programme admin whether your programme's milestone set can be adjusted from the default incorporation, pilot and funding stages.
