Reports

Show the committee where every application went

A funnel from submission to finalist, sector and TRL mix, evaluator throughput, and a committee report that emails itself on schedule.

How it works

From funnel to committee report

Every number the committee asks for, produced from the same records the evaluators scored.

The funnel

See the whole call, stage by stage

A single funnel shows how a cohort narrows from submission to finalist, so a committee can see where applications were screened out before it sees any names.

  • 181 submitted, 142 approved for review
  • 40 evaluated against the round rubric
  • 12 finalists carried to pitch day
  • Every stage links back to the underlying submissions

Sector and TRL mix

Sector and TRL mix without a spreadsheet

Reports break the cohort down by sector and technology readiness level automatically, so a programme team can see where a call is skewing before the next window opens.

  • Sector mix across every submitted application
  • TRL distribution alongside sector
  • Filters by round, status and evaluator
  • Numbers match the review table, always

FAQ

Questions about reports

Can I filter the funnel by round or sector?
Yes. The funnel, sector mix and TRL mix can all be filtered by round, sector and evaluator, and the numbers always match the underlying review table.
What format is the committee report in?
The committee report exports as a formatted spreadsheet (.xlsx) or as a shareable web page (.html), depending on what the committee prefers to open.
Who receives scheduled reports?
A programme admin sets a distribution list and a cadence, such as a weekly Monday summary, and the report is emailed to that list automatically.
Is the public results page on by default?
The results page is published when a programme admin decides to make results public, once the decision for a round is final.
How long is report history kept?
Ask your programme admin about how long past scheduled reports are retained for your programme.
