Everything a programme team does, in one place
IdeaScore runs a call for applications end to end: collect, review, evaluate, decide. Nine modules share one set of records, one audit trail and one leaderboard, so nothing is retyped between stages.

Four stages, one record per application
A submission enters once and carries its case number, its dossier, its scores and its history all the way to the decision.

Pitch day
Six groups, nine modules
Each module is a page of its own. Every one of them reads and writes the same submission record.
Take the application, and keep the applicant informed
A multi-stage form with conditions, windows and capacity, plus the portal an applicant signs into with a magic link to draft, resume, edit before the deadline and watch their status move.
Turn the pile into a shortlist
The submissions table holds the whole call: case numbers, filters, resubmission and duplicate flags with their lineage, a dossier with notes and mentions, bulk actions, Excel export and an append-only audit log.
Score it the way your committee will defend
Invite evaluators, assign by expertise, collect conflict declarations, then run weighted rubrics with descriptors across as many rounds as the call needs. Calibration evens out strict and generous scorers, and the leaderboard is what the committee reads.
Research on every application, not just the ten you had time for
IdeaScore AI reads the application and the deck, researches market, competitors, prior art, credibility, policy and feasibility on the live web, and scores against your rubric with a citation under every criterion. It is an extra column, never a replacement.
Run the day, then hand over the paperwork
Pitch day gives you live session control, a timer and a projector board that updates as scores land. Reports turn the same data into a funnel, a sector and stage mix, evaluator throughput and a committee-ready export you can schedule by email.
After the decision, and underneath all of it
Portfolio follows the teams you funded through milestones, requests and mentor sessions. Platform is the layer beneath every module: organisations, plans, subscriptions, white-label branding, roles and the choice between our cloud and your own server.
Our cloud or your server, same product
IdeaScore Cloud
We run it at app.ideascore.online, back it up and keep it current. Your organisation gets a white-labelled workspace in minutes.
Your own server
Docker, or Apache with PM2 on a VM your IT team already runs. Data stays inside your institution. Institutions run it this way today.

Do we have to use every module?
Can we run more than one programme at a time?
