Acceptable use policy
What you may and may not do with IdeaScore, and how to report misuse.
This policy sets out the rules for using IdeaScore, whether as an organisation admin, evaluator or applicant. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of service. Breach of this policy may lead to suspension or termination of access.
1. Unlawful or harmful content
- Upload, submit or store content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
- Use the platform to harass, threaten or discriminate against another user
- Impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
2. No scraping or unauthorised access
- Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the website or application other than through documented, authorised means
- Attempt to access another organisation's data, another applicant's submission, or another evaluator's notes, other than through the access the platform grants your role
- Probe, scan or test the security of the platform without prior written permission from CMS Global
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas or access controls
3. Fair use of IdeaScore AI
3.1 IdeaScore AI research runs are metered per organisation plan. You may not attempt to exceed, resell, or automate bulk consumption of an organisation's IdeaScore AI quota outside normal evaluation use, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts or model behind the feature.
4. Platform integrity
- Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or degrade the platform for other users
- Reverse-engineer the software except to the extent expressly permitted by law
- Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk communications
5. Reporting misuse
5.1 If you believe someone is misusing IdeaScore, or you have found a security issue, tell us at security@ideascore.online (security issues) or support@ideascore.online (other misuse). See the Security page for our disclosure process.
6. Enforcement
6.1 We may investigate suspected breaches of this policy and may suspend or remove content or access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform or other users, consistent with the Terms of service.
